Every property is quoted individually based on its size, condition and cleaning requirements, so the agreed scope and price are clear before your booking is confirmed.

Exterior cleaning
Cleaning of agreed accessible outdoor areas and exterior surfaces can be added according to the property's requirements and confirmed scope.
Exterior pressure cleaning
Pressure cleaning is available for suitable driveways, pathways, patios and selected outdoor surfaces, subject to inspection.
Need carpet cleaning?
Solaire does not provide carpet steam cleaning directly. However, where professional carpet cleaning is required, we can connect you with one of our trusted service partners. Carpet cleaning is quoted, scheduled and provided separately by the service partner.
Before we arrive
To allow the bond clean to be completed thoroughly and efficiently, the property should be vacant and ready for cleaning before the scheduled service.
Before our arrival, please ensure:
- All personal belongings and furniture have been removed
- All unwanted household items and rubbish have been removed
- All areas included in the service are safely accessible
- Running water and working electricity are available
- Any maintenance, repairs or moving work has been completed
- The refrigerator is empty and defrosted if refrigerator cleaning has been selected
- Keys and access arrangements have been confirmed
Solaire will dispose of minor waste collected during the cleaning process using the property's available bins. Removal of furniture, personal belongings, unwanted household items or excessive rubbish is not included.
If the property is not vacant or ready for cleaning, additional time or charges may apply. Any change to the agreed scope or price will be discussed before additional work proceeds.
Tailored to your property
No two bond cleans are exactly the same. The final quote will consider:
- Property size and layout
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Current property condition
- Level of build-up
- Accessibility
- Selected add-ons
- Any specific requirements provided by the client or property manager
We may request photographs, property details or an onsite inspection before confirming the booking.
Final check
Before leaving the property, our team completes a final review of the areas included in the agreed service. This includes:
- Reviewing the overall cleaning result
- Checking applicable floors, mirrors and accessible glass
- Identifying any areas requiring further attention
- Reporting visible damage or pre-existing concerns where relevant
- Confirming completion of the service
Important information
Solaire completes the cleaning tasks included in the accepted quote and agreed service scope.
Final bond decisions are made by the property owner, landlord or managing agent. Solaire cannot guarantee the return of a rental bond or accept responsibility for deductions relating to:
- Fair wear and tear
- Property damage or maintenance issues
- Permanent stains or deterioration
- Tasks excluded from the accepted quote
- Areas that were inaccessible or unsafe
- Carpet cleaning or services provided by another business
- Changes to the property after Solaire completes the service
